If I could leave stars I absolutely would. This shop had always seemed like a nice atmosphere with good food however, it could not have been further from it. I had a chicken bagel, the chicken tasted and felt like plastic and was in-edible. My friend who has been vegan for over years had the vegan sausage, which after eating felt nauseous. It was clear the sausage had dairy in it and was in fact not vegan. The customer service was dreadful, each worker looking as if they despised the customers. Will absolutely not be returning.

First visit here and I ordered a chicken noodle soup and an everything bagel for takeaway. The soup was pretty tasty but lacking slightly in chicken. Was a shame that no small bread given with the soup so bought a toasted bagel to go with the soup. The bagel was lovely so fluffy fresh and delicious. Would definitely return to try some Of the filled bagels in the future

Stopped by for a snack. Ended with a Saratago Clubhouse, hot bagel. Nice, but messy as it was very full. Would be better on a plate, but that's just me. My other half had the Christmas bagel, again plenty in it. We had tea and a coffee also.Vegetarian options: Small number of vegan items on the menu.Parking: On Union street therefore only paid parking close by

Have walked past here a few times at night saying we should try it out when open and last weekend was the opportune moment as we were shopping at that end of Union street , service was quick and we had a table round the back of the counter , my caramel flat white was great but the bagels were fantastic , I had the tuna melt and the gf had the ole blue eyes which is basically fried chicken with cheese and Franks hot sauce , just an amzing range of tastes on a bagel , well recommended and we will definitely be back
